📄 Terms & Conditions – 4 Business Services

Welcome to 4 Business Services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide digital marketing, branding, content creation, and related services as outlined on our website and in client agreements. All service details, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

2. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Full Payment are due upfront before any work will be done.

  • Final payment is due before delivery of any work.

  • Late payments on retainers may incur a 10% fee after 7 days from the due date.

3. Revisions

  • Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional revisions will be billed at R500 per revision set.

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • Once payment is done and or work has been delivered (including drafts), no refunds will be issued.

  • If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will still be liable for a portion of outstanding balances even if you reject the designs.

  • Refunds are only acceptable when agreed by 4 Business Services in writing via email format with the attached approved email letter. We do mention that we have a no refunds policy on the invoice and that is the only acceptance of the terms unless agreed via the signed pdf format approved emailed letter.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Drafts and approved designs sent to the client after payment is done can take up to 20 days to be sent to the client in cases of backlog or if the service provider need to do research to do your designs.

  • Failure to respond with acceptance or exact details of what the clients wants as requested within 14 days may result in project delays.

  • All original designs, content, and strategies created by 4 Business Services remain our property until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full ownership and rights of use will only be transferred to the client once payment is received and cleared. Until such payment is made, 4 Business Services reserves the right to restrict, withhold, or revoke access to such materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services. All work is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees beyond the scope agreed upon.

8. Website & Online Content

By using our website, you agree not to copy, redistribute, or misuse any content without permission. We may update our website or Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
